Welcome... ...to Core Fitness Consultancy. Due to my background in rehabilitation from personal injury and illness I understand how daunting starting a new fitness regime can be. By combining my own personal experience with industry recognised qualifications in Personal Training, Sports Massage and Functional Training I can help you achieve your goals whatever they may be. Group Exercise & Circuit Classes!! I am now pleased to announce NEW Group Exercise Classes. The classes are suitable for all abilities and are a great way of losing weight, getting fit, toning up and getting some fresh air. It's also a great way of meeting new people in your area who enjoy exercise. Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 9.15am meeting at the cafe on the Downs. Saturday at 10.00am meeting at the Downs cafe (These are all in association with PT Troop) Thursday at 9.15am in Long Ashton at the recreation ground. |
